UAE President Congratulates Chad’s President Elect

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a congratulatory cable to Lt General Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, Interim President of the Republic of Chad, on his election victory.
