Prestigious fine dining favourite Roberto’s, presents culinary aficionados with the perfect indoor brunch this summer. True gourmets looking for a gastronomic Italian experience will be swept off their feet by the perfectly curated dish selection. The ‘Signature Brunch’ is now exclusively available in Piemonte, Roberto’s chic dining room, to create an epicurean and one-of-a-kind experience for Dubai guests.
Perfect for sharing, the ‘Signature Brunch’ showcases Roberto’s most palate-enlightening dishes such as the Slow Cooked Octopus, ideally soft on the inside and crisp on the outside, or the Calamarata Pasta, a flavourful combination of Canadian lobster, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes. Moving on to the Secondi, the Roasted Black Angus Ribeye is a powerful highlight of the brunch for all meat lovers. To add to the eminence of the afternoon, Head Chef Danilo Valla composes a special dish every week, inspired by one of the fresh and refined Crudo Bar selections (oysters, tuna, etc.). Guests are spoilt for choice as Roberto’s finishes the brunch on a sweet note with the treasured array of in-house desserts such as the iconic Pistachio Sorbet orthe tangy Lemon E Lemon.
