Chef Davide Gardini Presents an all New Friday Brunch Experience at BiCE Ristorante
Hilton Dubai Jumeirah has announced the return of the legendary Friday brunch – Il Brunch Italiano at BiCE Ristorante. With a busy kitchen led by Head Chef Davide Gardini knocking up fresh interpretations of Italy’s northern cuisine, diners are now welcomed back to this cozy weekend affair of simple yet delicious Italian dishes.
Served to your table, weekly brunch offerings include home-made Panzanella, bright salad mix, traditional Bresaola and Classic mini Arancini to start with.
The main dishes selection features a sumptuous range of all-time brunch classics elevated with Italian flair, as well as select signature dishes from the dinner menu including Gnocchi di patate, Spezzatino di manzo and roasted lamb leg.
Additionally, Chefs are also serving the day’s specials such as made to order risottos, pizzas and pastas. A brunch experience is not complete without decadent desserts. The Il Italiano Brunch is featuring sweet treats like the Tiramisu, multi-layered Chocolate mousse and refreshing fruit salad.
