Launching on the 16th October, The Brunch by Asil will take guests on a cultural and culinary adventure through the tastes, sights and sounds of Morocco, Turkey and Lebanon. On entering, guests are transported into an Aladdin’s Cave of sumptuous fabrics and chandeliers, inspired by the ambience and hospitality of the Arab world.
For those that are looking to explore the flavours and sounds of the Arab world, the restaurant and bar offer the best of Asil with the Brunch BBQ Platter taking star of the show alongside crowd favourites such as the Egg & Cheese Pide and a duo of Meat & Chicken Shawarmas. Drawing inspiration from the famous bar districts of Beirut, Istanbul, Marrakesh and Casablanca, The Brunch by Asil experience is not complete without the wide selection of inventive mocktails and cocktails on offer at the central bar.
The Brunch by Asil will showcase the unique entertainment on offer, including a Henna artist that will be on-site offering complimentary Henna for female guests and Turkish music producer and Resident DJ, DJ Mustech, on the decks playing a fusion of house-inspired Arabic and Turkish sounds.
For those looking to extend their Asil experience, the after-brunch package allows brunch goers to upgrade their brunch beverage package for AED100 per hour, per person as well as AED100 per person to include shisha on the terrace. The outdoor terrace boasts unrivalled views of the sunset over the Persian Gulf, with the statuesque Ain Dubai framed against ASIL’s mashrabiya – the perfect setting to unwind on a Friday evening.
