EDGE, an Abu Dhabi-based advanced technology and defence group, has received two recognition awards from the Federal Youth Authority (FYA), acknowledging the contributions of EDGE Youth Council to national youth development.
The first award recognises EDGE as a Strategic Partner of the FYA Summer of Emirates, a national initiative dedicated to empowering young Emiratis nationwide through skill development, cultural engagement, and interactive learning experiences.
EDGE also received the Distinguished Partner Award for Innovation and Technology, recognising its work on the Ruwad Summer Camp, an immersive programme that brought together a select group of high-performing university students for hands-on exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics.
Sana AlDaoumi, Chief People and Organisation Effectiveness Officer at EDGE, said: “The recognitions from the Federal Youth Council are a proud moment for EDGE. Together, the recognitions underscore EDGE’s continued investment in national talent and its role in preparing UAE youth to contribute to the country’s technological future, in line with the objectives of the National Youth Agenda 2031.
