Arabian Automobiles introduces Dubai’s first exclusive Renault service centre
The first exclusive Renault service centre was inaugurated in Dubai by Arabian Automobiles Company, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for the Renault in Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates.
The service centre, conveniently located beside the Renault showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, near Al Safa Metro Station, was inaugurated during a ceremony attended by Mark Carson, Director-Customer Experience & Quality -Africa Middle East Pacific; Salah Yamout, COO of Arabian Automobiles Company; and Yousef Abu Alaish, General Manager – Service at Arabian Automobiles; along with other executives from Renault and Arabian Automobiles.
Salah Yamout, COO of AAC said, “We are excited to announce the official inauguration of the first exclusive Renault service center in Dubai. This facility represents another step on Arabian Automobiles’ journey towards operational transformation in service of our customers and ensuring their satisfaction through global best standards.”
The center will offer the special 60-Minutes Pit Stop or Express Service and boast a bigger service area, extended operational hours catering to the convenience of customers servicing their cars, and the expertise of professional manufacturer-trained technicians for the best quality automotive services.
During Ramadan, Renault customers can visit Arabian Automobiles Service Centres in the Northern Emirates and Dubai, from 8am – 2pm and 8pm to 10pm from Monday-Thursday & Saturday; Friday from 8am till 12:30pm & 8pm till 10pm.
