Be a force for good at Premier Inn Airport Hotel on Thursday, 2 June
Premier Inn Abu Dhabi International Airport Hotel will host a blood donation drive on Thursday, 2 June 2022 as part of the company’s Force for Good initiative.
The award-winning British hospitality brand has teamed up with the Abu Dhabi Blood Bank for the initiative, one of a series of interactive health schemes in Premier Inn’s community events calendar, under the company’s pledge to support government authorities and charitable organisations.
Hotel guests, members of the public and staff are invited to visit a specially installed mobile blood collection centre at the hotel between 11 am and 4 pm.
Pratibha Bankar, General Manager, Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Airport Hotel, said: “We are proud to assist the Abu Dhabi Blood Bank in its tireless work in providing life-saving treatment for UAE citizens and residents. After a successful blood drive for team members in 2021, we are opening it up to everybody this time around, and hope that guests and local residents will come forward and join us for this very worthy initiative.”
Registration is not required, but safety measures, including social distancing, regular sanitization and the wearing of masks, will be in place. Volunteers will be required to complete a health questionnaire before taking part.
