Low cloud cover is expected in the Fujairah area
United Arab Emirates (UAE) September 6th, 2023: Residents of Dubai should be aware of the potential for high temperatures and dusty conditions expected today. The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has predicted sunny to partially cloudy skies, with low clouds over Fujairah and parts of the eastern coast.
Temperatures are projected to rise over coastal areas, with an average of 30°C and a maximum of 46°C, and a minimum of 25°C in Dubai. The temperature in the city is currently 33°C, with a hazy sky. The NMC has predicted a maximum humidity of 90 per cent, with the highest levels in the evening and early morning over the western areas, including Abu Dhabi.
Wind speeds are expected to remain consistent at 10–25km/h, with gusts of up to 35km/h. Dust and sand are likely to be blown into the atmosphere, particularly during the day.
