The Ministry of Interior, in collaboration with government entities, federal and local agencies, and private sector institutions, hosted a meeting to launch the tenth edition of the Future Services Diploma.
The programme is organised by the Ministry, through the General Directorate of Happiness, in partnership with the Etisalat Academy.
The Ministry emphasised the importance of maintaining leadership in government services in the UAE by highlighting the key components of the diploma. These components were designed based on the leadership’s directives to advance government services and develop the skills of national personnel to enhance innovative future services.
Lt. Colonel Badr Saeed Al Kaabi, Head of the Skills Development and Communication Section in the Services Development Department, noted that this edition of the Future Services Diploma aims to foster excellence and leadership in future services. It focuses on equipping professionals with the skills to develop valuable, proactive services that utilise the latest digital technologies and artificial intelligence to meet customer needs and expectations.
The 10th edition of the Future Services Diploma aligns with global advancements and government trends by incorporating key government programmes and initiatives, including zero bureaucracy, Services 2.0, and generative AI.
