Sleek, Powerful and Hybrid, The All-New 2023 Honda Accord Is Set To Re-energize The Midsize Sedan Segment

Dubai, UAE, 15 September 2023: Al-Futtaim Trading Enterprises Honda announces the start of sale of one of its most sought-after vehicles, the Accord, whilst also marking a first hybrid vehicle in Honda’s line-up across the GCC.

The all-new 2023 Honda Accord reinvigorates the midsize sedan segment with an elegant and sophisticated design and a fuel-efficient yet sporty and exhilarating driving experience. Now available in both a hybrid (e:HEV) and 1.5 Turbo engine, the Honda Accord delivers the ultimate driving experience whether buyers are looking for thrills, serenity or both. The Accord reinforces Honda’s ‘Advanced and Sporty’ brand ambition, featuring a state-of-the-art technology, unmatched driving experience and spirited on-road personality.

The Accord e:HEV invites drivers to embrace the perks of electrified motoring, including instant power delivery from a standstill. This cutting-edge self-charging hybrid generates its own electricity, eliminating the need to connect to external power sources – providing maximum energy efficiency with minimum hassle. The all-new Accord is truly the ultimate driver’s hybrid.

The Accord e:HEV grades also offer selectable drive modes, allowing drivers to tailor the driving experience based on personal preference and road conditions. By utilising the toggle switch located in the center console, the driver can effortlessly switch between four drive modes, which are Normal, Sport, Individual, and Econ.

The 2023 Accord comes standard with new and advanced active and passive safety technology to maintain its position as a safety leader, including an enhanced Honda Sensing Suite of Driver Assistive Technology. It comes equipped with the standard 8 airbags, and rear seats occupant reminder feature.

An updated version of Honda’s Advanced Compatibility Engineering™ (ACE™) body structure is designed to exceed current and future crash test standards, including for oblique collisions. Intuitive technology has been smartly integrated into Accord with a focus on the driver, including a standard 10.2-inch digital instrument panel with unique display functions depending on powertrain. The multi-information display features user-selectable functions such as Honda Sensing® settings, vehicle information and more

It also features all-new elegant and sophisticated styling that further advances the new Honda design direction, with long, clean body lines and a strong, powerful front end with an upright grille and blacked out LED headlights. A longer hood and a flowing fastback roofline create a premium silhouette.

Along the roof line, Accord uses laser brazing technology, eliminating the need for roof moulding for a smooth and clean roof line. Distinctive horizontal LED straight-line taillights accentuate Accord’s wide stance.

On the interior, clean surfaces, high-quality materials and upscale touches, Accord’s all-new sporty and modern interior builds on the new Honda design direction while offering class-leading passenger volume and rear seat legroom.

The Accord also offers ‘Google built-in’ feature, including functions like Google Assistant, Google Maps as well as various downloadable apps on Google Play store. Features can be accessed on an entirely new 12.3-inch color touch-screen that enables interaction with a vast number of systems and apps. Control select vehicle functions by voice with Google Assistant, get directions and live traffic updates with Google Maps, and download music, podcasts, audiobooks and more with Google Play.
