March 19 is observed in Italy as Festa del Papà
Award-winning restaurant Luigia brings the Italian tradition to Dubai for the celebration of Father’s Day on Saturday, 19th March.
Italians celebrate Festa del Papà in March, honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society.
The culinary team at Luigia is baking the traditional Italian dessert Zeppole di San Giuseppe exclusively for Father’s Day to mark this occasion. A fried choux pastry filled with cream, which is like a cream puff and topped with Amarena cherries, this famous sweet is a must in all Italian family’s tables during the celebration.
Savor a delectable selection of authentic Italian fare from Luigia’s a la carte menu, starting from the Sfizi Fritti (must be eaten before the main course), salads (with fresh and seasonal ingredients), pasta (spaghetti, penne, linguine, fettuccine, risotto, and gnocchetti), to classic mains and more than 50 varieties of freshly baked classic and gourmet pizzas. Completing the whole experience is an extensive list of house and premium beverages.
