Don’t miss the Asian bao platter at WokTales with its hoisin glazed chicken, dynamite prawns, fried cauliflower or elect to go for the fiery Thai red curries.  The Teriyaki glazed salmon with soba noodles salad is a great lunch or dinner option.

Fusion gets a boost with a playful South Asian version of the Mexican taco at Tandoonari, available in three flavours—shrimp, chicken, or vegetable. And don’t miss out on the Tandoori broccoli marinated in spiced ginger and served with a garlic saffron yogurt, a perfectly balanced starter or side.

Responding to the additional new fare, Le Gourmet Head of F&B, Mario Faria said it has always been the aim of the restaurant to ensure that providing good food is not just a label but a destination. “We pride ourselves on innovation while maintaining uncompromising standards when it comes to sourcing the best and most authentic ingredients. All produce is locally sourced to ensure freshness and flavour and all ingredients are made from scratch from the freshly baked breads and buns to the sauces and marinades.

Chef Sven Desales explains how the menu celebrates the old and the new.  Traditional dishes handed down over the ages are kept true to their history but studied experimentation to produce bespoke dishes has allowed Le Gourmet’s chefs to add a whole new spectrum to classic cooking.

“The palate of our diners has evolved and the discovery of new edibles, fragrances, sauces and fillings in this modern age and the blending and fusion of various global foods provides a heightened excitement and allows for more experimentation. For us, it is a fun challenge to give every guest the consummate course, be it an appetizer, the entrée, or the dessert.”
