Experience OCR Boot Camp Fitness Classes at the UAE’s Largest Permanent Obstacle Course Site for Free!

New for this year, the class timetable is open to all ages and abilities and features dedicated kids and ladies only classes

The UAE’s largest permanent obstacle course site, OCR Park, has launched OCR boot camp fitness classes for 2021 so both adults and kids in the UAE can improve their fitness and enjoy getting active outdoors.

To celebrate, the park is offering adventure seekers, fitness fans and people who are curious about the world of OCR fitness the chance to learn the ropes and try out the brand-new timetable of classes that includes kids classes and ladies only classes worth AED 120 per class, for free!

The jam-packed timetable runs throughout the week and over the weekend, and the classes have been specially designed to include a variety of disciplines and training to help people improve their OCR skills and functional fitness ability. Led by the park’s certified and registered fitness professionals, the 60-minute classes have been designed to help people improve key skills that OCR requires such as grip strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and muscular and core strength.

There’s also a dedicated timetable that has been specially designed for people of determination that is led by specialist staff on site.

Perfect for people who try the park and its classes and love the adrenaline pumping workouts is OCR Park membership options for both adults and kids. Memberships are available for one, three or six months as well as annually starting at AED 249 for adults and AED 124 for kids and include benefits such as complimentary personal training sessions and guest passes each month.

Fun for all ages, the 94,843sqm OCR park is the UAE’s only dedicated OCR Park in Abu Dhabi that features both a 1.5km track for adults with eight challenging obstacles along the way, and an 800m track for children that features seven obstacles. The OCR Park merges together obstacle course racing and endurance fitness, with the latest in technology to create an innovative new fitness challenge. The park has been inspired by hands-on, functional cross training activities, that people need to adapt to whilst tackling man-made obstacles along the way.
