Wavebreaker Beach Restaurant & Grill at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah has announced a revamp of its food menu and launched new range of salads, perfectly seasoned grills and vegan dishes for casual alfresco dining this winter season.
Visitors are welcome to delight in various new healthy and light dishes such as Watermelon and Greek Feta Salad (AED 65) with crunchy hazelnut and mint cider dressing and Mean Green Detox Salad (AED 60) packed with nutrients served plain or with Wavebreaker’s signature grilled prawns. The venue has extended its vegan offering as well, adding Vegan Pasta Bolognaise (AED 70), Andalusian Tomato Gazpacho Cold Soup (AED 40) served with fresh toasted focaccia bread and Grilled Asparagus and Mushroom Tacos (AED 55) served with guacamole and chipotle sauce.
The chef’s charcoal grill provides satisfying signatures such as Buffalo Chicken Wing in BBQ sauce, (AED 60) and Wavebreaker Ultimate BBQ burger (AED 99), adding Vegetarian Moussaka with Grilled Halloumi Sandwich (AED 70) and a Hearty Slow Cooked Chops (AED 180) served with crispy parmesan and truffle fries.
Those with a sweet tooth now have few more dishes to choose from including Banoffee Sundae (AED 50) with banana and caramel ice-cream, Strawberry and Cream Éclair (AED 40) with wild raspberry Chantilly cream and Vegan Salted Caramel Cream brulee (AED40) with wild berries (AED 40).
Under the umbrella or in the bright sunshine, Wavebreaker Beach Restaurant and Grill offers a laid-back dining and casual beachfront escapade with majestic view of over Palm Jumeirah and refreshing line of creative drinks on offer including super-sized signature Mojito Pitcher and Watermelon Barrel, available at a price of AED 199 each.
