Dynamic in nature and pioneered by head chef Robert Stevens, the menu consists of quintessential dishes crafted with the finest ingredients sourced from around the globe. Think slow cooked beef ragout in a comforting Lasagna to succulent Pure Black Angus Ribeye – the dishes come in small and large plates enabling guests to share. The venue has also unveiled a business lunch for those looking to dine in during work or hold meetings over beautifully crafted food in an exquisite setting.

The menu begins with a hearty start; from healthy and refreshing Carrot Ginger soup to a creamy Roasted Tomato Soup. Fresh melt-in-your-mouth Burrata, tangy Soba Noodles make up some of the tantalizing starters bound to kick one’s meal off on a high note. Those opting for lighter bites for lunch would relish in the delicious Wagyu Burger complemented with Cheddar cheese, fiery smoked paprika mayonnaise and sweet potato chips. The 36 Hours Braised Short Ribs Sandwich contains sundried tomato paste, Sauerkraut and dill pickled cucumber which makes for a brilliant choice for those wanting a quick and satisfying meal between work meetings.
Some of the larger offerings include a traditional Butter Chicken with saffron rice, raita and rice chips with fresh Halibut and Salmon served with a French fish Velouté sauce and edamame. The menu also caters to vegetarians and plant-based eaters through a selection of meticulous dishes such as Miso Braised Portobello Mushroom, Homemade Tofu and Roasted Cauliflower that is served with almond and brown butter purée and burned leek for extra depth.

Guests looking to partake in INTERSECT BY LEXUS’ business lunch can do so between 12pm to 4pm. Priced at AED 90 for two courses and AED 110 for three – the menu offers complimentary side dishes. Diners can also choose between grape by the glass for AED 25 or a carafe for AED 85. The business lunch menu offers a selection of starters and mains for diners and those with a love for sugar will take pleasure in dessert after lunch or can choose to enjoy a re-energising cup of freshly brewed organic coffee and tea.
